Coffee Class to Launch Three-Story Flagship in Henderson's Water Street District |
New location to feature rooftop brunch and whiskey bar, enhancing downtown revitalization |
Coffee Class is set to expand its presence in the Las Vegas Valley with a new three-story flagship location in Henderson's Water Street District.
Scheduled to open in early 2026, this 6,000-square-foot establishment will be the sixth outlet for entrepreneur Kyle Cunningham's Coffee Class and Almond & Oat brands.
The ground floor will house a coffee shop, bakery, and café, offering espresso drinks, scratch-baked goods, and savory lunch and brunch items.
The second floor will introduce a cocktail and whiskey bar, expanding the brand's beverage offerings.
The third-floor rooftop will host weekend brunches, seasonal gatherings, and private events, all within the brand's signature wood-toned, industrial-chic design.
"The Water Street District has become a symbol of community revitalization," Cunningham stated.
"We wanted to be part of that story—bringing what we do best to a place with real history, while introducing something new for Henderson residents and visitors to experience."
This expansion aligns with the ongoing revitalization of the Water Street District, which has seen significant developments in recent years.
Notably, the Watermark Project, a mixed-use complex featuring residential, commercial, and retail spaces, resumed construction in early 2025 after securing $28 million in new funding.
Additionally, the Emerald Island Casino has proposed a 14,500-square-foot expansion, including outdoor patios and façade improvements, further contributing to the area's growth.
These developments reflect a broader trend of revitalization in downtown Henderson, transforming the Water Street District into a vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike.
With the addition of Coffee Class's flagship location, the district continues to evolve, offering diverse dining and entertainment options that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
As the early 2026 opening approaches, anticipation builds for this new destination that promises to blend quality coffee, innovative cocktails, and community engagement in the heart of Henderson. |
